The semi final for Muzik-Muzik is back. Did u guys watch the show last friday? awesome aite?! This year they have a new format which is actually back to their 1st format in the 80's where there is NO categories for every song. I prefer this format coz it is more fair for all the song from any category. Music is music regardless their genre. Good music is still good music.

Hi everybody! Happy Ramadhan! O i love this month so much! But this year, I am So busy with assignments. Sigh! I always hope that I am not that busy around Ramadhan because this month supposed to be a dedication to my creator. I love ramadhan simply because the environment, listening to people reciting all the holy verses from Al-Quran (O i love it, it is sooo a good mind teraphy.), the never-ending food searching (after 8 pm of coz!), ramadhan bazaar, terawikh prayer, and hari raya shopping! And apart all that, I'll sure loose some weight. Hahaha...

I would like to wish happy fasting to all my friends out there! I did not know the experience fasting outside Malaysia but I like to hear it form you guys. Email me ok?! (Esp: Lisa, ika, hafiz, farhan, neeni) =)

How do I cheered myself since last week. O ya, by watching gossip girl marathon. phew! Finished all the first season in just two days!

Love this show so much because for me, it reflect the life that I could never have. It's like the upper class version of One Tree Hill and a very modern and new york version of the 90's hit Beverly Hill.
Blake Lively played Serena van der Woodsen. She's my favourite girl in this show. totally ♥ her! and did I mentioned that I want to kiss her? Hell ya! She's the bad girl turn good in this series. She try so hard to make sure she'll not ever be like the old Serena. When she's dating Dan, it's like a safe insurance that she'll always be good.

Penn Badgley played Dan Humphrey the nobody that turn to somebody when he's dating Serena van der Woodsen, the it girl. In real life, I want to be like him. He's smart, likable, funny and date hot chic like Serena. He's hot too but in a very average way. One more thing, he looks a lot like my friend Yusuf. Damn!

Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) aka Queen B, Blair Bitch is a hot, popular, spoiled and totally a bitch. Lost her virginity to the ultimate bad boy, Chuck Bass while dating Nate Archibald. For that attitude with so much luck in her life, I envy her. But Leighton is so pretty!

Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford) is the typical high school heartdrop. His life is so boring! But he have good heart. Things that make Nate's life fun is being Blair's ex and Chuck's bestfriend.

Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) is like I say, The baddest Badboy! He's rich, spoiled, good in bed (according to Blair), good looking (in a bad boy way) and genius (also in a bad boy way). Ed played Chuck very well especially with the squited eyes and naugthty smile. Chuck is who I want to be in fantasy world. Salute you chuck!

Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) is Blair's wannabe/ protege. She's actually a very sweet and nice girl but just because she want to be the queen, she have to be bad just like Blair. I love to see the relationship between Jenny and his brother, Dan.

Since the day she gone, my tears still there every night before I lay my head to sleep. She's such an angel in my heart. She's inspire me so much through her works. Her films are artworks that stand on its own level (even though she always said that her films is not art films).

I still remember the first time I met her. The glow in her smile makes me believe that she's as wonderful as I imagine. It is true when people say that we can see great soul through a person's eyes. I don't know her personally but when I am looking at her at the first time, it is as if I know her all of my life. She speaks with her works and it came through to me as an inspiration, entertainment, advice and good example. All at the same time.

Years ago, I wrote this post called ' 2 Pakcik, Amani and Muallaf'. She immediately email me as soon as she read it. She told me that she love it and want us to meet so that she can arrange some time for me to watch muallaf. But sadly, her busy schedule makes the plan been postponed for several times. Till now I still haven't watch that film which the trailer already makes my heart shiver. But I am glad that I got the chance to meet this wonderful person and share thoughts with her. She also like my shortfilm Dia yang Sepi.

Now, she's gone to the after life. But she will always stay in hearts not just mine but everybody that have been inspired by her wonderful works and persona.

I got sms from my friend shaza and yusuf told me that she just passed away (now is 12.20 am, July 26 2009). I don't want to cry but I can't control the tears. This is one of the saddest day in my entire life. I am heartbroken. I am sad. But I pray that Allah will bless her.

Woohoo! I've started my class already! Yay to me! Back into studies which I love to do so much. hahaha. Weird huh? I don't care.

Classes were ok but I'm still in the mood on adapting to the new faculty, course and classmates. But I am excited!

It's my blog 3rd birthday! It's been 3 years already? OMG! Time flies damn fast! So, for this 3rd birthday, lets read one of my favourite post from the last 3 wonderful years.

This is my favourite post because i got the idea of the story from a dream.

This is one of my short story that I wrote when I'm 17. Hope everyone enjoy reading it! =)

An Un-Happy Fairytale ~ A tale of Zuc and the people of Kewdny

Once upon a time, in a very far country called Velucas, live a 17 years old orphan, Zuc. Zuc live by himself at a very small cottage near the Velleen river that flows clean and clear water. At Velucas, it is normal to get married at the very young age between 16 to 20 years old. This is because the people of Velucas didn't accept and agree on pre-marital sex and they are usually sexually active at the age of 16.

Unluckily, Zuc is not good looking at all. His eyes were a little bit close together, his nose is very round and big and he also have huge gap between his frontal teeth. All the girls in the entire Velucas did not want to be in love with Zuc. Behind his not-so-good looking features, Zuc actually is a descent, honest, independent, loyal and good young man. He felt so sad when people judge him by his looks.

Everyday, Zuc will pray to GOD almighty so that one day he can live in a place where people did not judge him by his looks but appreciates his good heart and other defined qualities.

One day, his prayers come true. While he was by the river fishing a fish for dinner, he accidentally fell into the river. The flow is very strong that he could not swim to save his life. 2 days later, the river brought him to a place that is quite far from Velucas. The people from that place called Kewdny save him and make sure that Zuc's health conditions back to normal. Zuc was so relieved when he found out that people of Kewdny was very friendly to him.

One thing about the people of Kewdny is everyone in that small country (as a size of a village in Velucas) is good looking. Most of the womens have natural beauty that is beyonds words to describe. The mens of Kewdny are handsome with the feature that will make all the girls in Velucas faint. Everyone in Kewdny have blonde hair, clear-blue eyes and tan skin colour. No one in this country is not good looking (or ugly).

When Zuc was in a better condition, he took a walk in the city and everyone in Kewdny look at him as if he is the most handsome men around. They felt that Zuc is unique and have special qualities not like the rest of them that are only crazily good looking and charming. Imagine, in a city where everyone is good looking, you're not special at all! (If you are good looking too!) dull!.
Every girls in that town ask Zuc to marry them and they promise to love him with all of their heart. Zuc love the attention that he received. He never felt that way before. To be admire and love.

A year later, after marrying to 5 beautiful womens in Kewdny, (you can marry to 25 wife at the same time in Kewdny. Scary!) Zuc felt that his life become more boring than ever. This is because he had realised that all the womens in Kewdny like him because of his unique look and not because of his good heart. He now understand how a good looking man in Velucas can felt.

He realised that this is not what he want. He wanted to seek for his true love. He make a decision to go back to Velucas and find his true love. A person who love him because of who he are and not by how he look. Will Zuc found his true love? You decide.

Sangkar by Atilia is a GREAT album!

i kept listening to it again and again for this past one month and i really felt that i have bought one of the best ever album that had been produced in Malaysia by Malaysian! congrats Atilia! congrats to Roslan Aziz too!

Atilia voice is not so 'high-note' like Jac or Siti but still, her voice is like an angel's voice (as if i heard one!) her voice is so soothing and make you want to cry, laugh, smile or just kept wondering. (Mostly, i smile!) Sometimes, her voice kinda sound like Sheila Majid but of coz, this album is produced by Roslan Aziz (u know who!).

my fav song will be 'salah sangka', 'sangkar', 'selagi' and 'Duyung'. salah sangka is a superb song! it is my fav song now! not forgetting tompi's 'selalu denganmu', Atilia version of this song is totally unique because it is more easy listening.

I hope Atilia future in this rotten music industry will rise as shine as it can be! she's one of the best in Malaysia and i pray all the best for her!

pasta party

Sardinia seafood pasta by yusuf. yummy! =)

I have a blast weekend last week. I went to my friend, Yusuf's house and we cook pasta together. There's only two of us but we cooked 5 pasta recipes. It's a total pasta party. hahaha. Yusuf just came back from backpaking in Italy last month, so he's so into pasta now. Lucky for him, I am forever a pasta lover.

This week is gonna be very hectic for me. I have to submit 13 episodes script treatment for a DIY show by to morrow! 13???!! and each episode have 3 segments. (sigh!) I have to be strong. On wednesday, I'll have a meeting at RTM discussing on the script. On Thursday and Friday, work as usual. On Saturday it's my master registration day. On maonday next week, I have to cook on a TV show call "apa apa aje". I'll show them how to make my famous Baked macaroni with mushroom. Make sure all the viewer and the host (Amy mastura) drooling. hahaha

One of my resolutions this year is to update my blog as frequent as possible. But now, it's already June and still I am not writing as much as I wanted. (sigh!) For some of you that already know, i have lots of things running in mind and its always stay there. Some of them maybe have been forgotten. haha.

I have to admit that I AM a dreamer. And I always dream big. But it seems like the world did not return the favor yet. Maybe I do not done enough, but deep inside my heart I already know that I've tried my best in everything that I dream. Maybe it's not my time yet. The day will come someday. I believe that. Drama, drama and more drama! I hate drama! Can people just be nice to each other and forget all the drama that actually made by themselves? Haiya! Maybe life would be suck without all the drama, but I still hate it!

When 2 of your girl friends had a fight, u got stuck in the middle. Eventhough they tried to make sure that we're not involve in their drama, either we like it or not, we're ARE affected! O shit. I hate this. Please girls! grow up! Please stop calling other people friend-stealer, please stop hating other people, please forgive and try to forget and please quit from all the stupid drama. I know! It's been a while kan!? huhuhu... Busy3x!

My friend, Yusuf just got back from Italy. He had a long (3 weeks) vacation with his little brother. Kinda cool kan? Two guys backpacking across Italy. Kudos guys! Thanks for all the great stories and pictures of Italy. It's great to know Italy more than just the usual beautiful Venice and Rome. I am in love with that country now! And the cheese that you bought me from the land of Sardinia is the best cheese I ever had! Wish one day I'll reach that place.

My other friend, Farhan is back in KL now and as usual, when he's around, I am officially damn busy! He's getting married end of this year so we have to make some preparation for his small yet classy wedding party. (Attn Hakim, You're voted to be his best-man! Congrats!)

Last week I went for an interview at Uitm (Art and Design Faculty) for my masters application. I think I am tru. It's not that tough (the interview) and maybe it's just for formality. So, around July, I AM A STUDENT again! (Yey! & Sigh!) Masters in Art and Design (Visual Communication and New Media). Sounds interesting kan?! Ok la tu, dari course kat UM yang boring tu, Masters in Publishing.... (Sorry UM! Boring!)

For this year AIM, I am totally bored and sick of the nomination. Malas nak tulis pasal AIM this year! Kenapa dorg x suka Nikki? Haish! But, if you really want to know what I think of AIM this year, just read what my friend pijan wrote on his blog. Quite precise.

I don’t really know what is happening to me recently. In this last 1 month I am always tired. Maybe I am really tired. Running my dad stationary shop is not as easy as you may imagine. It’s tiring!! And sometime I just felt so sick with all the rude and kick a** customer. Hate them! (don’t come to my shop! I don’t need your cheap money)

About my novel, “Senyuman yang sempurna”. It’s still on the way. I just wrote around 50 pages, so I don’t think I can complete the novel anytime soon. The thing is, I already know the basic story. It’s a good story I promise. It also have good sub plot. But, I just can’t find the strength to actually write the story. Sorry, I disappoint myself too! Huhuhu.

Some of my friends ask me what is the novel about. So, here is the answer. It’s a love story. To be specific, it’s a teenage love story. I imagine, my teen girl cousins will love this story I wrote. But at the same time, the core of the message is quite deep. =)

This is the synopsis of the story. I can’t tell you everything. But this synopsis may give you some ideas what’s the story is all about. I wrote the story in Malay language, so the synopsis is in malay-lah! =)

Syami kehilangan ibunya. Ibunya menyahut seruan illahi. Syami menderita. Namun dia akan lebih menderita jika ibunya terus menderita akibat kanser itu. Ya, kanser itu membunuh ibunya.

“Senyumlah dengan sempurna…” adalah amanat terakhir ibu Syami sebelum dia pergi. Namun amanat itu bukan untuk Syami. Tetapi untuk seorang insan bernama Dani. Dalam pencarian Syami mencari erti sebenar amanat ibunya dan cubaan untuk mendekati jejaka istimewa bernama Dani, Syami jatuh hati pada Dani. Dani seorang anak muda yang baik, tampan, berkarisma dan mempunyai prinsip hala tuju hidup yang kukuh.

Apakah makna sebenar amanat ibu? Adakah Syami dan Dani akan menjadi kekasih? Nantikan novel cinta remaja pertama karya Areed Razman.
